Clubbercise – workout to the best music in town! Simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.

Forever Active

Forever active – an ‘old school’ class for the young at heart. Challenging and fun it combines aerobic movements and conditioning exercises to suit all levels of fitness.

Block Fit

Four workouts in one class: block fit is a revolutionary all in one fitness brand that fuses dance, combat, high and low (interval training) with yoga inspired moves and meditation.

Crunch!

A low/no impact class for those with reduced mobility/new to exercise/new to classes. Old-style aerobics class with core work.

 

GRIT Plyo or cardio

It is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.

Iyengar Yoga

Yoga is the combination of breathing, meditation and stretching. The aim is to balance mental and physical state and improve general well-being.  All welcome.

Advanced Studio Cycling

A 45 minute ride to aerobic tness on one of our studio bikes, with great instructors and great music. Increase your tness super-fast! We’ve got a 30 minute Beginner class for those new to the activity, and a 30 minute Express class for those who want the intensity but don’t have the time. No co-ordination required.

Functional Training

Functional Training is a 45 minute intense workout session on the gym floor. You will be using new equipment such as kettlebells and TRX cables. Great for experienced gym users.

Aqua Fit

The perfect class for those who have to avoid impact exercise, a total body workout using the natural resistance to water to increase body strength & stamina. All welcome.
