Balance has the largest studio class timetable in Kettering. We provide fitness and relaxation classes to suit everyone. Catering for the total beginner to the more experienced in a varied programme including yoga, pilates, toning, Zumba, piloxing, spin, body attack and combat. We currently have two large exercise studios and a comprehensive timetable of weekly classes.
Our largest studio is air conditioned with a sprung floor. We have a dedicated spin bike studio for cycling classes and we also organise a regular weekly running club. You can also do aqua aerobics in our swimming pool.
