Adapting exercise to adolescents
After completing my level 3 in early 2009 – health and fitness has played a huge part of my life, In the last 7 years I have worked with a wide variety of different people from all ages at many different levels, from professional athletes to young juniors wishing to simply become more active. I have experience in training on a 1 to 1 basis and small/large group sessions, on my journey I have helped many different people reach their individual goals, from increasing a client’s fitness levels for the police force to injury rehabilitation to dropping dress size’s for that BIG day! It is my job to educate YOU, motivate YOU but in my opinion most importantly ensure YOU are having FUN along the way!
I have always been heavily involved in sport since a young age and enjoy all aspects of competing, from the age of 10 my hobby has been skating, in my early 20’s I was lucky enough to represent my country at a amateur level for the international brand Salomon, this took many years of dedication and commitment but was a great achievement of mine and something I’m very proud of – I always aim to reflect this with my work ethic and chosen profession.
