PT Speciality: Weight Loss, Strength Gain and Nutrition
I have recently passed my level 2 gym instructor course and currently doing my Personal Training course. I have always enjoyed sport from a young age including football, golf, Water Skiing and kick boxing. I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle, which is how I became interested in the Fitness industry, My Strength and ability comes from having passion for fitness and for pushing my body to the max. It’s a great feeling when you’re in the gym sweating, building your body through constant weight training, dieting and doing cardio. I wake up every day looking forward to what life’s going to throw at me because I know I will achieve the tasks is gives me. It’s all about setting your goals and doing everything you can to reach them. My Motivation and Passion also comes from helping others and finding out what they are really capable of.
80% of losing weight is your nutrition; if your diet is poor you won’t lose the weight you want to lose.
Strength gaining is not about lifting as heavy as you can as many reps as you can it needs to be controlled movement, if the weight is too heavy you can really damage your muscle and have a long term injury.
My advice to anyone who wants to get in shape and reach their goals would be to decide exactly what and why you really want to change and if you really want to change your life, dedicate yourself to it and make it your goal to get the results, set a long term goal and set short term weekly goals, surround yourself with positive people that will encourage and help you, and lastly – help others do the same. Help others make that change you made.
