Tom is one of our most experienced personal trainer at Balance Health Clubs. He graduated with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and continues to develop his knowledge with courses all over the country. Tom has a vast experienced base, working from elite level sporting athletes to rehabilitation clients within the NHS.
