Team Dynamix Boot Camp Has Arrived

Team Dynamix Boot camp is the continuation from Team Dynamix weight loss, its a 4 week rolling training programme consisting of 3, 55 minute sessions per week that include functional style exercises and strength and conditioning based exercises as well as bodyweight cardio work to give the best and most intense workout possible. The idea is to follow onto this course from the weight loss course and continue with the healthy lifestyle you have adopted and also get fitter and stronger along the way. As well as the harder training regime, extra nutritional information will also be given to each person taking part.
