PT Speciality: Weight Loss, Advanced Cardiovascular Training, Strength and Conditioning
After completing a Higher National Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science I entered the fitness industry and gradually progressed form an instructor to personal trainer, the experience I have gained has helped me to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge that can help you achieve the results you want in the gym.
I currently run the Team Dynamix Weight Loss course that is based at Balance, specialising in weight loss and nutrition. I also teach Strength and Conditioning as I am I big fan of strength training and weight lifting.
In my own time I play a lot of football and keep fit by training regularly in the gym, I am always trying new techniques and training methods so that I can keep my knowledge up to date, offering you the best training possible.
