Curtis is extremely passionate about the health and fitness industry, he insures on following a health active lifestyle which he encourages his clients to follow as well. Curtis is very dedicated to training his clients as hard as he trains himself helping them reach their individual goals. He has a wide range of clients of all ages and abilities, which all have different goals therefore each clients session are different. He always strives to make sessions challenging yet enjoyable for his clients, coming up with innovative ways of training to reach their goals. Also Curtis believes in coaching clients to lead a healthy active lifestyle alongside training sessions which will help his clients with their longevity of their progress.
