Since beginning my training, over 7 years ago, I’ve tried various types of training methods. I now understand what works well, and how to get consistent results. I think it’s important that the fitness industry is used to help people, and not take advantage of people, and it’s something I strive to achieve.

My degree in Sport’s coaching and psychology has given me the ability to understand how to get the best out of the people I train. I continually seek to learn more about the sports and fitness industries whilst improving my abilities to teach. In my spare time I like to play a variety of sports; both team and individual. Looking for purpose beyond training is something I feel should be stronger considered; giving each of my training sessions a set goal.

Spending time researching and expanding my knowledge on ever-growing training and dieting ‘fads’ is something very important to me. People require knowledge on how to feel better outside of the gym, and I take pride in learning as much about this field as possible.
