After serving my late teens and early twenties with the British Army, I knew I wanted to pursue a fitness career to achieve my own goals in life, and help others with theirs.
I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2015, but wanted to broaden my knowledge and expertise further. I then took the final step and qualified as a Level 4 Personal Trainer in 2016.
The experience and knowledge I have gained from my time in the armed forces is second to none, and a unique trait to have when it comes to the fitness industry.
All of my sessions are designed around your personal goals. They are never the same, and will always keep you guessing. The sessions I create are sent directly to you once concluded, so you always have them to hand.
My aim is not only to transform your body, but also to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health, nutrition, fitness and lifestyle habits.
