Since a young age I’ve always been interested in keeping active and decided to attend a Dance College. While being in this environment and enjoying an active lifestyle I found my passion in fitness which brought me to achieving my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training.  By having a background in Dance at a high level it has helped me understand about how the body works and how important good technique is.

Being in this industry makes me realise how much I enjoy motivating clients and pushing them towards their goals and achieving the results they want. It’s not just about being in the gym it’s about pushing yourself past your limits and knowing the right information about training and nutrition that matches you as an individual and your goals. I am constantly researching new training methods and techniques to give you the best training possible and to help increase my knowledge.
