Members enjoy access to our gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, group exercise classes, changing facilities, and more!

Do I need to book classes?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your place, as popular classes can fill up quickly. We have our own booking system built into our Balance Healthclub app and makes booking super simple.

What should I bring?

Please bring suitable workout clothing, clean indoor trainers, a towel, and a water bottle. Swimwear is required for the pool and spa facilities.

Are lockers available?

Yes. Lockers are available in our changing rooms. Please bring a padlock or you can purchase one in club.
