Treatments on offer address musculoskeletal problems, including sports injuries, back pain, neck pain, arthritis and many other problems effecting the skeleton. Clinical sport and remedial massage therapy is used to help enhance sports performance and improve joint mobility and muscle performance.
Balance Health Club provides an ideal environment for physiotherapy and rehabilitation, providing access to our fully equipped gym, large studio and single depth exercise pool which is suitable for hydrotherapy.

Patricia Taylor
Physiotherapist
Physiotherapist Patricia Taylor MCSP HCPC registered qualified from St Thomas’ Hospital London in 1990. She has worked widely across the NHS and Private Sector. Patricia is an Associate Physiotherapist to Volleyball England and has worked with members of the Italian and Canadian Equestrian Teams, she has a specialist interest in shoulders. The aim of physiotherapy treatment is to allow each individual to achieve their full recovery potential within the limits of their medical condition. We are able to assess and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal and rheumatological conditions in adults and children. We offer physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, clinical sport and remedial massage therapy and access to gymnasium rehabilitation at our Balance Health Club Clinic.

Zoe Crawford
Sports Masseuse
Zoe is a fully qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. She holds a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy; this is the highest qualification currently in the UK for Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy and she trained at the London School of Sports Massage. Zoe is also a qualified Personal Trainer and is a group exercise instructor at Balance Health Club, teaching classes such as spin and aqua aerobics. Zoe has extensive knowledge in these fields and her years of working as a personal trainer and group class instructor means she has personal experience of sports injuries and how massage therapy can help.
